I did a fabulous first week last week. 6lb loss…amazing, from someone who usually has 1lb loss at time, it can be done! 😁
Yesterday went a bit off plan. Started off good but went a bit haywire after lunch. I had one of those munchies days. 😲 Today was mainly free foods to do some damage limitation! The rest of the week is all planned and prepared.
Crock pot was out and made a Chicken chilli and rice for 4 lunches this week. With Friday being probably a jacket potato with cheese, beans and posssibly some slimming world sausages.
Breakfasts will be fat free Greek yogurt with biomel (for my tummy) raspberries, blueberries and banana!
Teatime will be a healthy B choice Ryvita or pitta bread and laughing cow spreadable. With a mixture of ham, eggs, pickled gherkins!
Talking about sausages…Heck chicken Italia, 1/2 syn each. Very tasty.
